Triplex Roofing supports qualifying complete roof installations with a 10-year labour warranty. This coverage applies to eligible installation-related concerns involving work completed by our roofing team.
When a potential workmanship issue is reported, the affected area may be inspected to determine its cause. This helps establish whether the concern is connected to the original installation, the roofing materials, existing property conditions, or an external event.
The labour warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather, hail, high winds, falling trees, structural movement, insufficient maintenance, blocked drainage, or alterations completed by another contractor. Storm-related or accidental damage may need to be reviewed by the property owner’s insurance provider.
Shingle Material Protection
A manufacturer’s warranty of up to 30 years is available with most shingle roofs installed by Triplex Roofing, depending on the selected manufacturer and product line.
This warranty is intended to cover qualifying defects involving the shingles and remains separate from Triplex Roofing’s 10-year labour warranty. Together, the two forms of coverage provide distinct protection for eligible material and workmanship concerns.
Manufacturer terms may include specific conditions, exclusions, registration instructions, and claim procedures. Keep your invoice, product information, and warranty documents in a secure place after the installation is completed.
